    At Mindbloom Counseling, we are more than a counseling center- we are a collective of professionals, educators and mentors who believe in the power of resilience, unique values, and human connection. Zeynep Unal (Cifci) Author & LPC-S, the supervisor and founder of the practice, started her private practice in 2018 after working in the school systems as a counselor, teacher and college counselor for 15 years and started providing supervision to other clinicians and that’s how Mindbloom Group Counseling has started.<\/span><\/p>

    The name Mindbloom was born from a shared understanding: Understanding the pain while suffering from it is not possible most times. Perhaps you are grieving a loss, a job or a relationship.     Healing is not about overcoming pain but also understating and growing out of it. Healing is learning about your strength, rebuilding your identity, and redefining your future. As individuals from diverse backgrounds our team is composed of professionally trained counselors and we know the challenges of adapting, struggling with self worth, facing trauma, and navigating the weight of expectations.<\/span><\/p>

    But we also know that healing happens when people are seen, heard and supported.This is why our practice is built on a foundation of empowering oneself, where we integrate psychological insights with value-based growth- helping individuals not only process their pain but also build a stronger,\u00a0 more purpose-driven self. <\/span><\/p>

    Through our work, we\u2019ve seen how struggles with anxiety, trauma, relationship wounds, and self-doubt can make people feel lost. But we also believe that within every struggle, there is potential for transformation.<\/span><\/p>

Our loved ones behave in hurtful ways that we can’t control. However, these painful experiences do not have to destroy our lives. Fortunately, there is a way to reduce your suffering and re-focus your energies on what is most important to you. There is a way to take your life back! You can start living in a way that moves you in the direction you want to go! It won’t be easy; in fact it may be the most difficult work you’ve ever done. And if you are 100 percent willing to give it your best effort, you can create the kind of life you want to live.<\/span><\/p>
